Tennyson Point
A waterfront enclave on the Parramatta River, known for its luxury homes, deep-water moorings and river views.

Tennyson Point is a prestige suburb on the southern bank of the Parramatta River, approximately 12 kilometres north-west of the Sydney CBD. It is adjacent to Gladesville and Putney. The suburb is characterised by substantial waterfront residences, many with private jetties, deep-water moorings and views across the river to Huntleys Point and Woolwich. There is minimal through-traffic, and the suburb is minutes from Gladesville's shopping village. A drive to the CBD via Victoria Road takes 20 to 30 minutes. Waterfront homes typically sell between $4 million and $8 million, with deep-waterfront estates commanding significantly more depending on frontage and condition.
