Huntleys Point
A tightly held enclave known for its waterfront properties and immediate access to the harbour.

Huntleys Point is a small suburb on the southern bank of the Lane Cove River, approximately 7 kilometres north-west of the Sydney CBD. It is one of Sydney's smallest suburbs, with fewer than 100 private residences across a handful of streets. Properties are tightly held with very low turnover. Many waterfront homes feature private jetties and panoramic water views across the Parramatta River. The Huntleys Point ferry wharf provides direct access to Circular Quay, and the Gladesville Bridge connects to the CBD and the Inner West by road.
