Linley Point
One of Sydney's smallest peninsula suburbs, with a handful of streets, river views and extreme exclusivity.

Linley Point is a small peninsula suburb on the Lane Cove River, approximately 11 kilometres north-west of the Sydney CBD. It is adjacent to Riverview and Longueville. With a single access road and fewer than 100 residences, it is one of Sydney's most private and tightly held suburbs. The homes are almost all large detached houses, many with direct water frontage and views across the river toward the city skyline. There is no commercial activity, no shops and no through-traffic. Nearby Lane Cove provides shopping and dining, and bus services run along the surrounding main roads.
