Longueville
A prestige suburb on the Lane Cove River, known for grand Federation homes, waterfront estates and a tightly held, family-focused community.

Longueville is a prestige suburb on a peninsula on the southern bank of the Lane Cove River, approximately 11 kilometres north-west of the Sydney CBD. It is bordered by Lane Cove, Riverview and Linley Point. The suburb features large Federation and inter-war homes on substantial blocks, many with water frontage and river views. Streets are wide, leafy and quiet with minimal through-traffic. There is no commercial strip, but the Lane Cove village with cafes, restaurants and supermarkets is within walking distance. Longueville is popular with established families due to large homes, proximity to leading schools including Lane Cove Public and St Ignatius' College, and access to Lane Cove National Park. Houses typically sell between $4 million and $7 million.
