Rozelle
An inner-west suburb adjacent to Balmain, with heritage cottages, a growing cafe scene and proximity to the Bays Precinct.

Rozelle is a suburb in Sydney's inner west, approximately 5 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD. It sits immediately west of Balmain and shares much of its heritage character. The suburb is known for Victorian and Federation cottages, terrace houses and the weekly Rozelle Collectors Market held in the grounds of the historic Rozelle Hospital. Darling Street continues from Balmain into Rozelle, lined with cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. The suburb is close to the Bays Precinct, a NSW Government redevelopment of former industrial land around Blackwattle Bay and White Bay. Bus services along Darling Street provide a 20 to 30 minute commute to the CBD, and the ANZAC Bridge is minutes away. The median house price typically sits between $1.8 million and $2.5 million.
